Version 1.1 · Effective April 16, 2026 · Last updated April 16, 2026
This page lists the third-party sub-processors that AGLedger LLC engages in connection with its services. It is published pursuant to Section 6 of the AGLedger Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).
1. Scope
A “sub-processor” is a third party engaged by AGLedger to process Customer Personal Data on AGLedger’s behalf, as defined in the DPA.
This page does not list:
Vendors that process AGLedger’s own corporate data (e.g., payroll, internal IT) but do not touch Customer Personal Data
Infrastructure providers used by Customer’s own self-hosted deployment (those are under Customer’s control, not AGLedger’s)
Website-analytics vendors (those are listed separately in the Privacy Policy §5)
2. Sub-processors engaged for Customer Personal Data
As of the effective date of this page:
AGLedger engages zero (0) sub-processors for Customer Personal Data.
All AGLedger personnel access to Customer systems for support, professional services, or managed federation services is performed directly by AGLedger employees under the security controls set out in DPA §5.
3. Informational: third parties processing non-personal and website data
The following third parties process limited data in connection with the AGLedger website and Developer Edition telemetry. None of these third parties process Customer Personal Data from licensed deployments; they are not sub-processors of Customer Personal Data under the DPA. This section is provided for transparency only.
| Sub-processor | Entity / Location | Purpose | Data categories |

These entries are informational; they describe the same processing disclosed in the Privacy Policy and are not sub-processors of Customer Personal Data.
4. Notice of new sub-processors
AGLedger will provide Licensees with at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice before engaging a new sub-processor that will process Customer Personal Data, as set out in DPA §6.2.
